New Tax Guides for Churhes, Nonprofits, and Ministry Leaders
Each year Zondervan releases two tax guides designed to help churches, and ministry leaders with their unique needs regarding taxes. I was happy to see them arrive on my desk yesterday: the Zondervan 2013 Church and Nonprofit Tax & Financial Guide and the Zondervan 2013 Minister’s Tax & Financial Guide.
What’s the difference between the two? One guide is for the person at the church who handles the church’s taxes. The other guide is for pastors and other ministry leaders to use when doing their personal taxes. These tax guides aren’t the flashy products, but we release them every year because we know they’re a big help to a lot of people. They are written by a team of Certified Public Accountants who know the ins and outs of the current 1040 forms. They’re also paperback and inexpensively priced so you can easily get them an use them. They are what we loving call “toolbox” books. They’re needed resources to help you get a job done.
I know this time of year is not when most people prefer to think about taxes. However, tax season is unfortunately just around the corner and I wanted you to know these are available when you need them.
